The following code was reported in Pulsewave® Software: 10003: The device is not valid.
This code is reported when the serial number of the Pulsewave® Device that you are using is not active in our system.
- Disconnect the Pulsewave® Device from the computer and restart your computer
- Reconnect the Pulsewave® Device to your computer, launch Pulsewave® Software and take another reading
- If the code persists, contact Customer Support
