Symptom

The following code was reported in Pulsewave® Software: 10003: The device is not valid. 

Applies To

Pulsewave® Device

Explanation

This code is reported when the serial number of the Pulsewave® Device that you are using is not active in our system.

Troubleshooting

  1. Disconnect the Pulsewave® Device from the computer and restart your computer
  2. Reconnect the Pulsewave® Device to your computer, launch Pulsewave® Software and take another reading
  3. If the code persists, contact Customer Support
