This code is reported when you are trying to access a feature or service to which you are not permitted to use.  This could be due to special settings on your account that only allow you to use or view certain features.

Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm your account subscription and its features with your point of purchase.  This could be a sales representative, account manager, or even your Healthcare Provider.
