Symptom

The following code was reported in Pulsewave® Software: 10008: The system could not complete your request at this time.

Explanation

 

This code is reported when our systems are in High Availability Mode.  This is where we can still provide you results but your reading may not be able to be stored on our server at the time.  Results may be returned, but the reading is stored as an offline reading on your computer to be sent at a later time.

 

Troubleshooting

  1. Take readings as usual
  2. Check the Pulsewave® website for any service notices
  3. Be sure to send your offline readings when services resume to standard mode.
