Subscription key code is not valid
When registering for an account on the Pulsewave® website the following message is reported after selecting the Register button: Subscription key code is not valid.
This error indicates something is incorrect in the subscription key code that has been entered. This error will also be reported if a subscription key is being used more than once to create a user account.
- Verify that you have entered your Subscription key code correctly
- Have you previously registered your Subscription key code? If you need another account, please contact your point of purchase to purchase another Subscription key code.
- If you have not previously used your Subscription key code, and confirmed that it is being entered correctly, please contact Customer Support.
