Subscription key code is not valid

Symptom

When registering for an account on the Pulsewave® website the following message is reported after selecting the Register button: Subscription key code is not valid.

Explanation

This error indicates something is incorrect in the subscription key code that has been entered.  This error will also be reported if a subscription key is being used more than once to create a user account.

Troubleshooting

  1. Verify that you have entered your Subscription key code correctly
  2. Have you previously registered your Subscription key code?  If you need another account, please contact your point of purchase to purchase another Subscription key code.
  3. If you have not previously used your Subscription key code, and confirmed that it is being entered correctly, please contact Customer Support.
