Limited One Year Replacement Warranty

Cloud DX, Inc. (Cloud) grants a Limited One Year Replacement Warranty on Connected Health Devices and Products purchased directly from Cloud or its authorized distributors only, starting on the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Cloud will repair or replace any device, free of charge, for any defect resulting from faults in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers only devices that carry a Cloud DX logo, when used in accordance with the instructions provided with the device.

This warranty extends to every country where the Connected Health Devices are sold by Cloud or its subsidiaries. This warranty extends to registered users of our Services.

This warranty does not cover damage (whether intentional, accidental or elemental), alteration, modification or tampering of any kind, failure to maintain any device, scratches or defects in product finishes, theft, vandalism, or any use outside of device specifications. Determination of these exceptions is at the sole discretion of Cloud, acting reasonably.

This warranty covers return shipping for products under warranty by domestic parcel post only. When arranging a return, Cloud DX Support Team will arrange for a post office shipping label to be emailed to you once the return is authorized. You must print out this label and fix if securely to the return package. Cloud will not be responsible for any shipping fees outside of this service.

This warranty does not cover products from 3rd party suppliers, each of which have their own manufacturers' warranties (included in the packaging for any 3rd party product). For all devices, this warranty does not apply to any damage caused by interfacing a Cloud-supplied device with a non-Cloud-supplied computer, tablet or smartphone, including the use of interface cables or power adapters not supplied by Cloud.

CLOUD DX, INC. SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT COSTS, EXPENSE OR DAMAGES.

Validation of warranty and qualification for coverage are assessed by Cloud DX Customer Support in its sole descretion. All returns under this warranty require a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA). To request assistance under this warranty, please contact:
