At approximately 11:15 AM EST on August 24, 2016 our Pulsewave services experienced an unscheduled interruption of service. Users of Pulsewave or the Connected Health Kit were unable to send readings to our servers to obtain results.
This outage lasted approximately an hour, and services were restored by 12:15 PM EST.
Our technical staff determined that the unscheduled outage was caused by a service provider issue and not a fault of our servers or systems.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unfortunate interruption.
